Leading the department is James Owl. He brings 23 years of experience in First Nation construction and project management, he has worked extensively at the production level in residential and commercial construction. He studied Fire Science Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) at ICS and completed a Professional Designation Audit through the Project Management Institute. Currently, James is pursuing his PMP Certificate.
