The Fort McKay Fitness Centre it’s suitable for anyone 16 yrs+. (13-15 yrs old are welcome to attend with a guardian). The fitness Centre has an aerobics room where Fitness Classes are offered as well with 2 change rooms where shower and lockers are available.
