Fort McKay Landing is comprised of the Nation’s investment team who are responsible for overseeing and managing the business portfolio, as well as deploying capital into new investments and working on the Nation’s Economic Diversification Strategy.

Patrick is a seasoned business leader with a focus on operations and finance, honed over two decades in the industrial, commercial, and institutional construction sectors across Western Canada. His extensive experience spans over 10 years in acquisitions and finance, where he has worked on structuring credit facilities, project financing, and debt restructuring initiatives.
An active entrepreneur, Patrick successfully founded, scaled, and sold a healthcare business to a subsidiary of L Catterton, a leading private equity firm. His practical expertise is complemented by a strong academic foundation, with an MBA and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Northern British Columbia.

Associate – Fort McKay Landing
Anthony provides analytical and advisory support for several Fort McKay First Nation’s portfolio companies, oversees financial modeling and financial reporting for various investments and projects, and carries out research, valuations, and due diligence on proposed investments and corporate development initiatives. He has experience in private equity and real estate.
He completed a BEng. in Automation Engineering at the Guangxi University of Technology in China, a BComm. major in Finance at Saint Mary’s University and earned an MBA specializing in Real Estate Studies from the University of Calgary.

Amber is an Analyst with Fort McKay Landing; Her primary job is to review business proposals, provide financial analysis, and source deals for the Nation.
She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and is currently working towards her MBA from the University of Calgary.
Amber is Dene/Cree, and a member of Fort McKay First Nation.
