with your Payment. These forms are available for pick-up at The Administration Office of the Fort McKay First Nation.

Deductions from Payments

We will withhold the following amounts from payments:

• Maintenance arrears
• Court ordered payments and
• Any other amounts that people have pledged to the First Nation or its Companies.
