Employment and Training are located at the far-left corner of the Dorothy McDonald Business Centre. Our office has three computers that can be used for employment and training purposes.

Band Member Career Development Program

Fort McKay First Nation through its Band Member Career Development Program is investing in members to develop their skills and careers. This initiative aims to assist members to find their interest, passion, and niche and create a road map for their career path. Employment and Social Development office along with other service providers and stakeholders will help you to work on your inner strength and aspirations.

This program can assist you in:

• Create a step by step action plan to map your strategies to achieve your goals
• Begin working on your strategies
